Christams present? my brother is easy, but kind of hard at the same time.?

well, my brother is 10 years old. i want to get him an art set but he has, like, five if them. he is kind of an artist and he kind of likes music and he kind of likes animals, and he kind of likes lots of stuff. there is like nothing that he really likes that i know of.i asked him what he want and all he says is gift cards or and videogame console. i dont know what gift cards and i only want to spend 5 to 10 dollars on him. suggestions? he doesnt go to starbucks or jamba juice very often at all. i think he likes comic books though, but i dont know where to get them.
