Had an M.R.I of spinal cord for M.S lesions?

imaging findings; i note a report which refers 2 multiple lesions cord commencing at level T3, extends 2 the conus. on the axial T2 sequence, lower theoretic cord & conus(image 12 2 32)apparent high signal intensity c in cord. COMMENT;vague areas of altered signal intensity is c only on the T2 axial sequences the lower thoracic cord. this is not visualised on other sequences and is thought to represent pulsation or flow type artefact's. no other significant abnormalities are visualised..... CAN ANYONE UNDERSTAND WHAT THIS MEANS...
