Would it be fair to keep Bush's tax cuts but end ALL subsidies and loopholes?

They need to do some studies before ending all subsidies and loopholes. This isn't a question of what looks fair on MSNBC or FOX. Its a question of realities and consequences that will effect all of us and the rest of the world too. We will go into a deeper recession again if Greece defaults. The whole world is connected more so than ever in history.
