Who watches your kids when you and hubby want a weekend or week (or more) away? help!?

Do you have any friends that you would trust who could watch your kids for a weekend and possibly who also have kids and maybe you can take turns with that couple and watch their kids too when they want a vacation. Your question makes me realize how lucky I am to have such great parents and a great mother-in-law who take turns watching the kids so my hubby and I can get out. We haven't gone away yet but at least we get dates out together or with friends!
