Logan Mankins Available?

Ok, so I hear Pro Bowl guard Logan Mankins is available and the Bears need to jump on this, he is only 28 and a great offensive lineman. He is exactly what the Bears need right? Now, I think the Bears should involve Devin Hester in this deal because he hasn't really panned out as a WR. He only had 1 catch and one target in this new ping offense. And the Bears won't lose any offensive firebower with Aromashodu, Knox, Bennet, Olsen, Forte/Taylor/ And I'm sure that Bill Belichick would love to have Hester as a sometimes WR, return man, out of the backfield, whatever he wants. So, my question is what would it take to get Mankins and will the Bears go after him?
