Kitty Litter in the Yard! Help!?

I would get a shovel, line a garbage can with a thick garbage bag, put on a dust mask and get rid of it. NO cat litter is "organic" or compostable. Cats are carnivores and their waste can contain parasites so you've got a biohazard on your hands. That's pretty nasty.
