Which city is best for a single 28 year old guy to visit ? Miami beach, Los Angeles, Las Vegas?

in miami beach, i'd stay in a hostel at 35 bucks a night with is a bunk house, becauuse hotels are all 80 minimum 12 people to a room sharing bathroom but it is only a block from miami south beach, and take bus up and down beach from the ocean front....or Las Vegas, right on the strip at 45 a night, i found several in may, Or Los Angeles, and take city busses to get to beach, and see visit other things around town
