MTG: How does this legacy mill deck work/How to play it?

Pretty basic ploy, High Tide plus Cloud of Faeries = as many spells as you like. Play CoF with HT active, Snap the CoF, play CoF, all the while generating insane amounts of mana because of the HT and everything untapping lands. You play 2 CoF with Cloudstone Curio in play and you have a loop that goes for as long as you like making your storm count as large as you like.
