If JWs are right on Commandments 1, 3,7, and 13 (idols/God's name/blood) Why do they disobey the fourth?

Jesus made God's name known to his disciples in his ministry. To use God's name was not the crime. To use it in vain, or to take it up in a worthless way is what the 4th commandment is referring to.
