Starting to feed my dogs a raw diet?

My dogs haven't been getting full on there kibble so I did my research and I am wanting to start to give them raw chicken/meat in the morning and kibble at night. I know that I am not to mix and to wait 5 to 6 hrs in between feedings. Is anyone familiar w/ this kind of diet? I have 4 large dogs ranging from 60 to 100 lbs.
