There was this really good game but I forgot what it was called. I have a good description though! HELP!?

Hi! There was this really awesome game that I used to play a lot in France and Morocco. When I came back to America, I played it a lot but over time forgot what it was called. It was a fighting game with little people. I remember some of the avatars, they were small and roundish and jumped really high. You could pick between swamp monster, eskimo, jungle person, stuff like tht. You are in an area thing that is just like the characters, like for swamp monster, there was a swamp that you fought in. Eskimo was in a freezing area and jungle person was in the jungle. You could also mix and match. Therre was also death match :) Please help! I loved this game :)
