UGH!!! I WISH I COULD CHANGE MY PERSONALITY...BUT HOW?

sorry for using all caps but i am so frickin frustrated! in my head i wanna be random and crazy but when i get around people im always lost in the crowd. i hate it! when im around my close friends and family im funny, warm, and crazy but when its people who really dont know, i seem boring and dull. im a nice person and also 13. someone plzz help!
