What form do i need to apply for a leave to enter visa for my husband?

I have been married for 7 years to a Zimbabwe national. We have been living in Zimbabwe and have decided to move to uk. We have been ripped of by an immigration consultant who took our money and doents and now will not return our calls and emails. I am now trying to do the application my self.
