He full on thinks hes a real superhero?

He's experiencing serious psychotic delusions, and this could be part of another disorder, for example bipolar or perhaps he's taken some hallucinogens and the effects have stayed. I've heard of someone who thought he was an orange years after a trip on mushrooms. He was also dead serious and could explain exactly his way of thinking.
