Why is she pissed at me?

The entire thing is so stupid. A young girl just moved here from Russia asks me for a job. "I say I don't have work for you but leave your #." I call her and tell her the same but with- I'd love to show you around- yes I was smitten. She responds "I have no time I need to find a job so I can pay my rent" Thinking fast out comes "do u know mage?" So I pay her for a mage a couple days later. One month later- 6 dates and three mages- no sparks and although I still like her- I'm through with the platonic nature of the relationship- and I have no idea if she likes me or just my $ but I suspect $ as she has given me nothing to think she likes me. She calls and asks me what I'm doing on my weekend. I say I want to be more than friends, she says she's not interested. It was a Relief actually- I won't have to waste anymore time on her. at the beginning she got a job next door to my business. I email saying I don't want her to feel uncomfortable when she sees me- she goes :oh your such a nice person, come over and say hi anytime" (I used to before) Well although not initially after a couple days my feelings are a little hurt it takes me 3 weeks to go over. She ignored me. I go again the next week and the same thing. Does anyone know why???
