Threw up blood any suggestions?

last night i threw up blood for the first time..i was lying in bed and felt like i had to throw up so i did and on the third time i threw up some blood it was bright.. i take Oxycontin 30mg and also smoke Newport's and i took one pill and smoked a few cig's like 30 min later my stomach felt upset..sometimes when i smoke to many cig's in a night i tend to throw up so i thought it was ok untill i saw the blood..im gonna wait till tomorrow and see if i continue to throw up blood i can make myself puke so im gonna try it and see what happens and if theres still blood i will go to the ER..does ne 1 have any comments or has it happened to any one before? im just a lil nervous also i dont have insurence at this time so its my last resort to go to the hospital..please writ back
