Can a non-Philippine citizen join the Armed Forces of the Philippines ?

I was just curious if a U.S. citizen could join the AFP I know quite a few Philippine citizens can join the United States Armed Forces, but I was wandering if U.S. citizens could join the AFP, if so how do they go about this ?
